Structure of present perfect continuous tense : 
Subject + have/has + been + v4 + object + for/since + time

Example of present perfect continuous tense in Hindi :

  1. I have been writing a story since Monday. (मैं  सोमवार से एक कहानी लिख रहा हूँ | )
  2. He has been playing cricket for 2 hours. ( वह दो घंटे से क्रिकेट खेल रहा है | )
  3. Sita has been dancing for an hour. (सीता एक घंटा से नाच रही है | )
  4. She has been going to school since 2015. (वह 2015 से स्कूल जा रही है | )
  5. Mohan has been eating for an hour. (मोहन एक घंटा से खा रहा है | )


Note: "For" is used for period of time and "Since" is used for point of time.



Elaboration:

Statement : Sita has been dancing for two hours. (सीता दो घंटे से नाच रही है | )
Interrogative: Has Sita been dancing for two hours? (क्या सीता दो घंटे से नाच रही है ?)
Negative: Sita has not been dancing for two hours. (सीता दो घंटे से नहीं नाच रही है | )
Interrogative.Negative: Has Sita not been dancing for two hours? (क्या सीता दो घंटे से नहीं नाच रही है ?)
Question Tag 1: Sita has been dancing for two hours, hasn't she? (सीता दो घंटे से नाच रही है न ?)
Question Tag 2: Sita has not been dancing for two hours, has she? (सीता दो घंटे से नहीं नाच रही है न ?)
